Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher in Las Vegas to create engaging, development‑focused lessons and mentor fellow teachers. You’ll manage daily activities, promote social, physical, and cognitive growth, and ensure classrooms meet state licensing guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth in your class.
