ENTERPRISE FOR PROGRESS IN THE COMMUNITY is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a preschool classroom and oversee one Family Service Teacher and other staff. The role requires ensuring an age-appropriate, culturally responsive classroom and compliance with ECEAP and licensing standards.

The candidate will develop lesson plans, monitor child progress, and actively engage families to support readiness for kindergarten. Strong communication and collaboration with districts and partners are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education or Development, or in a related field.
• Demonstrated work experience of at least two years with lead teaching in a preschool.
• Documentation of training in mentoring staff and delivering instruction.

Responsabilités

• Provide instructional leadership to support school readiness by implementing developmentally appropriate early childhood education practices.
• Teach in assigned classroom everyday.
• Build positive relationships with children to support learning and development.
• Create a nurturing, academically rich classroom environment.
• Design and implement lesson plans aligned with early learning standards.
