Micah Children’s Academy, LLC in Brentwood, TN is seeking a full-time teacher to nurture and inspire children aged 2–3 in a warm, collaborative setting. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:15 a.m.–3:45 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch, offering paid holidays and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old.
• At least six months of experience at a licensed early childhood education center (preferred).
• Must pass a background check.
• Must complete CPR and First Aid training within 90 days (if not certified).

Responsibilities

• Lead with confidence and warmth in a 2-3-year-old classroom, creating a safe, engaging environment.
• Use strong classroom management skills to guide behavior and set clear expectations.
• Support children’s development through play, exploration, and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Observe, document, and respond to children's individual needs, interests, and growth.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to maintain a calm and well-managed classroom.
• Build relationships with children and families with warmth, professionalism, and respect.
