Learning Care in Nashville seeks a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. The role emphasizes guiding curriculum and fostering a positive classroom environment for preschoolers.

You will lead classroom management, align activities with licensing standards, and build strong relationships with families. OPEN INTERVIEWS will be held at 299 Cowan Street, Nashville, TN 37213, September 3rd from 10am-2pm and 4pm-6pm.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
