Micah Children’s Academy, LLC in Brentwood, TN is seeking a full-time teacher to nurture and inspire children aged 2–3 in a warm, collaborative setting. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:15 a.m.–3:45 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch, offering paid holidays and opportunities for advancement.

You will join a team dedicated to excellence, creativity, and building a supportive school community with Jewish values-based, play-centered approaches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old.
• At least six months of experience at a licensed early childhood education center (preferred).
• Must pass a background check.
• Must complete CPR and First Aid training within 90 days (if not certified).

We are looking for an experienced teacher to join our full-time, salaried team (M-F: 7:15 a.m.-3:45 p.m.) with a 30-minute lunch. Understand the developmental needs of toddlers and recognize that challenging behavior is often communication.

Create meaningful learning experiences through play, exploration, hands-on experiences, and developmentally appropriate practices.

Support the whole child through social-emotional learning, relationship building, independence, and opportunities to develop self-regulation.

Observe, document, and respond to children's individual needs, interests, strengths, and developmental growth.

Collaborate closely with your teaching team to create a consistent, calm, and well-managed classroom.

Build meaningful relationships with children and families and communicate with warmth, professionalism, and respect.
