Endeavor Schools' Richmond Hill Montessori is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to guide early childhood education at our Richmond Hill campus. You will develop age-appropriate curriculum, supervise activities, ensure safety, and document progress to foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

Qualifications

Are You Qualified?

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, required
• CDA or equivalent credits, required
• AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field, strongly preferred
• 2+ years of experienceStrong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
