Arizona Sunrays is seeking dedicated caregivers to foster a safe, inclusive, and energetic classroom environment where children can move, learn, and grow. You will bring the active learning curriculum to life, guiding playful activities and supporting each child’s unique ideas.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Eligible to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain active supervision of children.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, inclusive, and fun classroom where every child feels seen and supported.
• Bring our active learning curriculum to life and let kids explore their ideas.
• Lead indoor and outdoor activities, including movement, dance, and creative play.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through creativity and care.
• Partner with your team to maintain licensing and Sunrays safety standards.

What You’ll Do

• Create the Magic: Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun classroom where every child feels seen and supported.
• Dig In: Bring our active learning curriculum to life while letting kids explore their own unique ideas.
• Lead the Way: Guide playful activities indoors and out—from movement and dance to ninja and more!
• Cultivate Growth: Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through creativity and care.
• Own It: Partner with your team to maintain high licensing and Sunrays safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualification Options:
  • A High School Diploma & 6 months in a licensed childcare facility
  • NAC / CDA / CCP / CPC
  • 12 total credits (6 in ECE) & 6 months child experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or a closely related field (no experience necessary)
• AND
• CPR/First Aid certification & AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Strength & Agility: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with active kids all day.
