Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 6 months in licensed childcare facility.
• NAC / CDA / CCP / CPC certification or credential.
• 12 credits (6 in ECE) and 6 months child care experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or closely related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification and AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with active kids.
• A big heart, positive energy, and passion for helping families thrive.

Responsibilities

• Create the Magic: Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun classroom where every child feels seen and supported.
• Dig In: Bring our active learning curriculum to life while letting kids explore their own unique ideas.
• Lead the Way: Guide playful activities indoors and out—from movement and dance to ninja and more.
• Cultivate Growth: Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through creativity and care.
• Own It: Partner with your team to maintain high licensing and Sunrays safety standards.

Education

High School Diploma with 6 months in licensed childcare facility

NAC / CDA / CCP / CPC

12 credits (6 in ECE) & 6 months child experience

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field

CPR/First Aid certification & AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card

Strength & Agility: lift up to 50 lbs
