The Learning Experience Corp. in Staten Island, NY is hiring a Lead Preschool Teacher for ages 2–4. Join our brand-new center and help grow careers in early childhood education with a nationally recognized leader in daycare and preschool programs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of preschool/daycare teaching experience.
• Knowledge of early childhood education and DAP.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a childcare classroom using the LEAP Curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging preschool environment.
• Coach and mentor assistant teachers.
• Manage daily routines, activities, and classroom structure.
• Communicate with families about child progress and development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years of preschool, daycare, or childcare teaching experience
• Bachelors Degree or 90 credits of Early Childhood Education (or currently on a Study Plan in Education)
• Knowledge of early childhood education and DAP
• Strong leadership and classroom management skills
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
