Benefits:
  • *** $500 Sign-on bonus***
  • Hourly compensation is $16.00 to $20.00, depending on experience and education
  • Set Schedule Monday- Friday
  • 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
  • Closed Weekends, Nights, and Holidays
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 40 hours = 1 year, 80 hours = 2-5 years, 120 hours = 5+ years
  • Paid week off for Winter Break (week of Christmas)

Make a difference every day. Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child. Help children learn about language and literacy, science, life skills, and more. Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the Balanced Learning curriculum. Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and build confidence. Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.

Qualifications:
  • Must meet basic requirements of local childcare regulatory agency
  • Child Development Associate (CDA), TCC, Associates, or BS in related field
  • Previous teaching experience in a licensed early childhood education, PreK, daycare, child care, or similar
  • Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
