As a Lead Teacher at the Primrose School of Castle Rock, you’ll create a fun, safe environment with a daily schedule designed to develop children’s confidence and independence. Our Teachers guide infants and preschool-aged children through small group instruction as they grow their ability to absorb new content and understand increasingly complex information.

Additional Benefits:

• $500 Signing Bonus after 90 days
• Hourly compensation: $22.00-$25.00/hour
• Set Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm

Qualifications:

• Must meet credential requirements from Colorado Shines
• PDIS Level 2+, EQUIT, Pyramid Plus, ECE 101/303, DA, AS/BS Degree in ECE, or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience teaching in a licensed early education program, PreK, preschool, childcare, or daycare
• Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. for child safety and emergency situations

• Contribute to a safe, healthy, and thriving environment for children and staff
