Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor other Teachers. You will lead classroom management, implement the curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will also communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support children's achievement and the center's success. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate and build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
