Job summary

The Goddard School of Baltimore (Canton), MD is seeking a dedicated lead teacher to coordinate daily classroom operations and deliver engaging educational activities for children aged six weeks to six years. You will work closely with parents to ensure exceptional customer service and a safe learning environment.

Qualified candidates typically hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field, with 1–2 years of relevant experience and CPR/First Aid training

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of previous experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid Training preferred
• Basic Health and Safety training required
• ADA training required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of assigned classes
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for children in a safe environment
• Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service
• Maintain classroom ratios and provide resources for classroom success
