Qualifications

• Asscociate or higher degree in early childhood education, child development, or elementary education.
• Knowledge of NAEYC accreditation criteria and HighScope curriculum.
• Experience as a lead teacher with preschool-age children.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational activities in a 3-year-old to Kindergarten setting.
• Assist in mainstreaming activities for special populations and conduct parent conferences.
• Develop assessment plans and participate in staff development.
• Other duties as assigned.
