Qualifications

• Requires comprehension of behavioral and developmental stages in children.
• Strong organizational, communication (verbal & written) and problem-solving skills.
• Must meet essential functions with reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manages classroom ensuring compliance with Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies and procedures.
• Provides a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Maintains attractive classroom displays and an up-to-date Parent Board.
• Plans age-appropriate, engaging lessons aligned with Celebree curriculum.
• Supervises and supports Aides to ensure orderly classroom operations.
• Communicates with parents about development and classroom events.
• Attends team meetings and training as requested; limits unscheduled absences.
