Job summary

ChildCareGroup is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher in Dallas, TX to guide a Pre-K classroom for ages 3-5. You will implement programs that meet Head Start standards, NA EYC criteria, and licensing rules to foster safe, healthy learning environments.

You will collaborate with a co-teacher to plan, assess, and document progress while engaging families and maintaining records with integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preschool CDA or an Associate's degree in child development or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom environment with co-teacher to meet goals.
• Create an attractive, learning-centered classroom for preschool children.
• Plan activities aligned with development levels and assessment data.
• Maintain records and complete lesson plans in a timely manner.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
