Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and customer orders according to recipes and standards.
• Prepare and portion ingredients for daily prep.
• Operate ovens and kitchen equipment safely.
• Monitor food quality, temperature and presentation.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with kitchen prep and stocking as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary station.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces regularly.
• Follow food safety procedures.
• Receive coaching to improve skills and performance.
• Assist management with daily operations.
• Help manage inventory and communicate needs.
