Job summary

UPS in the United States is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance. This role supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups to high standards of productivity and accuracy.

You will build strong relationships, coordinate resources, coach staff, ensure compliance with safety policies, and drive continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree preferred and management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
Management experience preferred.
Ability to lift 70 lbs and work flexible shifts.
Strong communication and MS Office knowledge.
Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
