UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance, and to develop workgroups across the warehouse. The role emphasizes high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization and communication.

Responsibilities include training employees, ensuring safety policy compliance, managing resources for peak output, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment with continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.
