Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required or preferred.
• PreK teaching certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for PreK students.
• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress and communicate with parents and staff.
• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to enhance education.
• Maintain accurate records in line with school policies and regulations.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development.
