The Learning Experience - Somerset in Franklin Township, NJ seeks an Experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to foster a warm, stimulating classroom where children learn, play and grow using our LEAP Curriculum®. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and staff to support enrollment and student progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred.
• Five years of professional teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with preschool children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum® with infants, toddlers or preschoolers as appropriate.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress via apps and conversations.
• Partner with daycare staff to support enrollment and center success.
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a positive learning environment.
