You will supervise cleaning, preparation, and packaging of fruits and vegetables, ensuring strict food safety, quality, sanitation, and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or 4 years relevant experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• 4+ years in food processing or fresh produce environment.
• Experience managing production teams and output.
• Understanding of GMP and food safety practices.
• Knowledge of produce processing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly precut/processing operations.
• Manage production output to meet customer demand and service levels.
• Ensure proper preparation, cutting, and packaging of fruits and vegetables.
• Maintain product specifications and minimize shrink/waste.
• Adjust staffing and workflow to meet changing production volume.
• Enforce GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards always.
• Train, coach, and hold processing staff accountable for performance.
• Provide daily directions and feedback to production employees.
• Address performance or attendance issues promptly and professionally.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
