Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of current market pricing and unit costs.
• Proven ability to build relationships with owners, architects and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, create, and finalize comprehensive project estimates.
• Research materials and develop value engineering ideas with costs.
• Build subcontractor bid lists, call to secure bids, and analyze bids.
• Develop preliminary preconstruction schedules and staffing needs.
• Complete detailed On-Screen Takeoffs.
• Prepare professional cost presentations for clients.
• Review estimates prepared by others for quality control.
