Qualificações

• 5–10 years of experience in large multi-family residential estimating (apartments, HUD, OFHA, and senior housing).
• Deep understanding of current market pricing and unit pricing.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, create, and finalize comprehensive project estimates.
• Perform value engineering and source alternatives with cost implications.
• Build qualified subcontractor bid lists, solicit bids, and analyze bids and scopes.
• Develop preliminary preconstruction schedules and determine staffing needs.
• Complete detailed On-Screen Takeoffs and present cost information to clients.
• Present professional cost analyses to clients and stakeholders.
• Review estimates prepared by team members for accuracy and quality control.
