MPI is seeking a Mid level Estimator in the Loudoun County area to lead preconstruction efforts on K-12, municipal, and commercial projects. You'll oversee a team of three estimators, coordinate with PMs, superintendents, and clients from concept through bid, ensuring accurate, competitive proposals.

• Strong take-off, scheduling, budgeting and risk management skills

Responsabilités

• Lead all preconstruction activities including take-offs, cost estimation, and value engineering
• Create and manage project budgets, bid strategies, and preliminary schedules
• Collaborate with project management to ensure seamless project handoff
• Review architectural and MEP drawings to ensure accuracy in estimates
• Lead subcontractor outreach and competitive bid analysis
• Interface directly with clients, design teams, and trade partners
