You will lead complex repairs, mentor junior technicians, and collaborate with Engineering to implement improvements across the plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years manufacturing/industrial experience.
• Strong diagnostics and root cause failure analysis skills.
• Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance and life-cycle principles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex and chronic equipment failures.
• Lead major equipment repairs and overhauls.
• Conduct root cause failure analyses and corrective actions.
• Improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Mentor and develop Maintenance I and II technicians.
• Drive reductions in unplanned downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering on equipment improvements.
• Promote maintenance best practices and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
