Qualifications

• MSEE or PhD with deep experience in precision converter IC design.
• Proven ADC architectures experience with silicon results.
• Strong DAC topology knowledge and calibration methods.

Responsibilities

• Define system-level architecture for precision converter ICs (ADC, DAC, references).
• Architect high-resolution ADC topologies (SAR, delta-sigma, pipeline) for linearity and noise goals.
• Lead design of precision DACs (current-steering, R-2R, segmented).
• Drive calibration strategies for offset, gain, and linearity across temperature.
• Lead design reviews for trade-offs in resolution, speed, power, and area.
• Collaborate on IP reuse, design flows, and roadmaps across programs.
