Qualifications

• Must hold PCI Level II QC certification and have 2+ years in a certified precast or prestressed plant.
• ACI concrete strength testing certification is a plus.
• Able to enforce specifications on production lines when schedules demand it.

Responsibilities

• Verify prestressing operations: strand certification, tensioning, elongation, detensioning sequence, and transfer strength.
• Review mix designs, batch tickets, and strength records; investigate low breaks and adjust with the plant.
• Accept or reject finished products against the specification and shop drawings; disposition repairs.
