Construction Material Testing in Broken Arrow, OK seeks a Precast Concrete Inspector II to lead plant quality control for precast and prestressed production, and to perform owner/agency inspections for DOT and structural precast programs. You verify prestressing operations, review mix designs and strength records, accept or reject finished products, and maintain PCI/DOT QC records while supervising Level I inspectors.

A valid driver's license is required and travel between plants is common.

Qualifications

• PCI Level II certification current with 2+ years in a precast or prestressed plant.
• Working knowledge of PCI MNL-116/117 and state DOT specs.
• ACI Strength Testing certification preferred.
• Able to enforce production line specifications when schedules are tight.

Responsabilités

• Verify prestressing operations: strand certification, tensioning, elongation, detensioning and transfer strength.
• Review mix designs, batch tickets, and strength records.
• Accept or reject finished products per specs and shop drawings; disposition repairs.
• Maintain plant QC records for PCI and DOT programs.
• Supervise Level I inspectors; assign daily coverage and review records.
