Qualifications

• PCI Level II certification with 2+ years in a certified precast or prestressed plant.
• Working knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast specifications.
• ACI Concrete Strength Testing Technician certification preferred.
• Ability to maintain production conformity when schedules are tight.

Responsibilities

• Verify prestressing operations and strand certification.
• Review mix designs, batch tickets, and strength records.
• Accept or reject finished products against specs and shop drawings.
• Maintain QC records for PCI certification and DOT/owner programs.
• Supervise Level I inspectors and assign daily coverage.
• Review inspectors' records for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide outside eye on owner and agency plant inspections.
