Qualifications

• PCI Level II certification is required.
• Minimum 2+ years in a certified precast or prestressed plant.

• Able to supervise Level I inspectors and support production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Verify prestressing operations: strand certification, tensioning, elongation, detensioning sequence, and transfer strength.
• Review mix designs, batch tickets, and strength records.
• Accept or reject finished products against specifications and shop drawings; disposition repairs.
• Maintain plant QC records for PCI/DOT certifications; review inspector records.
