Job summary

PNK Group is expanding in Winder, Georgia and seeks an experienced Precast Concrete Production Manager to lead our new facility. You will drive hands-on production leadership in a precast plant, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery of structural concrete components.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in structural precast manufacturing, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to read drawings. This role offers growth within a global engineering firm and a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• 5+ years in structural precast concrete manufacturing.
• Experience managing production teams in a precast plant.
• Strong knowledge of concrete technology and reinforced production.
• Experience with batching, mix design, curing, and QC processes.
• Ability to read structural drawings and reinforcement details.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing precast production team.
• Establish and optimize production processes for precast elements.
• Oversee reinforcement fabrication, form prep, casting, curing, stripping and finishing.
• Ensure quality standards for structural concrete products.
• Monitor batching, mix consistency, tolerances, and reinforcement placement.
• Coordinate production schedules with engineering, maintenance, logistics, and construction.
