Job summary

PNK Group USA is expanding in Winder, Georgia, and seeks a hands-on Precast Concrete Production Manager to lead a new facility. You should bring extensive experience in reinforced concrete manufacturing within a precast plant.

Responsibilities include building a high-performance team, optimizing production processes, and ensuring quality and safety while coordinating with engineering, maintenance, logistics, and construction teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in structural precast concrete manufacturing.
• Experience leading production teams in a precast plant.
• Strong knowledge of concrete technology and reinforced production.
• Ability to read structural drawings and reinforcement details.
• Troubleshooting production and quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing precast production team.
• Establish and optimize production processes for precast elements.
• Oversee reinforcement fabrication, form preparation, casting, curing, stripping, and finishing operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards for structural concrete products.
• Monitor batching, mix consistency, tolerances, reinforcement placement, and embeds.
• Coordinate production schedules with engineering, maintenance, logistics, and construction teams.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and promote safety culture.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage inventory of cement, aggregates, admixtures, reinforcement steel, and materials.
