This full-time, on-site Pre‑K role in Manhattan or Chicago centers on emotional safety, curiosity, and measurable growth. You design rich, play‑based experiences and partner with families to support each child’s development.

Qualifikationen

Associate degree or higher or valid U.S. teaching license.
At least 2 years of experience with ages 3-5 in a play-based classroom.
Experience documenting developmental milestones using a framework.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

Design joyful, sensory-rich learning experiences building early literacy and numeracy.
Create a classroom where every child feels emotionally safe and excited to attend.
Observe development in real time and document progress to personalize learning.
Adjust activities to each child's interests and developmental needs for measurable progress.
Partner with families to share growth and support development beyond the classroom.
