Qualifications

• Possess Nevada ECE teaching license or higher eligibility.
• Registered with Nevada Registry Level 5.2 or higher.
• Bachelor’s in ECE/ECSE or approved licensure pathway.
• 4,000 hours of verifiable licensed child care experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation, instructional quality, and classroom organization.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with NRPK standards and Nevada Pre-K requirements.
• Differentiate instruction for diverse learners including ELLs and at‑risk children.
• Engage families and coordinate with specialists and school districts.
• Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and program documentation.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff and ensure safety.
