Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CDA credential or in line with NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements
• Meet state Pre-K guidelines for the role
• Able to communicate in English with children and their parents

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum and State Pre-K requirements with each child’s needs in mind
• Partner and communicate with parents to support child care and education
• Support center success by collaborating with staff toward enrollment, accreditation and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
