Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher who will create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers, supporting a caring environment for children and families.

You will lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers, and build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support our center’s success. You will also stay current with licensing guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
