Position Details
  • Salary: £49,781 - £54,939 per annum
  • Location: Hall Park Academy
  • Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
  • Start Date: September 2025
About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified and excellent Teacher of Maths. You will work as part of the Trust academy improvement team to drive standards and improve outcomes for students across the Trust.

As an outstanding teacher, you will have a substantive teaching commitment at Tupton Hall School, with the remainder of your time spent working across Trust academies as required. You will actively lead on developing aspects of the Trust improvement plan alongside the Trust Director.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Teaching and Learning initiatives across the Trust to raise student standards and progress.
  • Model excellent practice leading to strong student outcomes.
  • Set high professional standards as a role model.
  • Support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team in the smooth running of the academy.
  • Support teachers to improve their practice at Trust schools.
  • Develop high-quality teaching materials and schemes of learning.
  • Undertake research into best practices.
  • Work with the Trust academy improvement team to ensure high achievement.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver CPD sessions.
