Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED with several years in a medical office setting.
• Leadership experience in a medical office preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead an elite team focused on efficient operation of physician practices.
• Manage the assignment schedule for the team and participate in recruitment and training.
• Ensure team compliance with continuing education requirements.
• Provide support during short or extended absences across the Physician Enterprise.
• Support PE administrative offices and special projects as needed.
• Willingness to travel to practices around the metropolitan area on short notice.
