You will supervise a crew, drive to sites, implement proper cleaning procedures, and mentor others while maintaining safety and client satisfaction. Growth into Operations Manager is possible.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional pressure washing experience.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Experience climbing ladders and working on roofs.
• Strong safety orientation and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the power washing crew on projects.
• Drive the truck and equipment to job sites daily.
• Apply proper power washing procedures and safety protocols.
• Mentor and develop other team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and teamwork.
