Rolling Suds, Inc. is seeking a Lead Power Washing Technician to supervise a crew and ensure top-quality cleaning for residential and commercial clients. Your on-site expertise will guide others and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in the professional pressure washing field or in field providing similar services.
• Team player who is committed to building a terrific company culture.
• Problem-solving abilities and general handyman skills.
• Energetic and positive attitude.
• Committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to speak and read English fluently for customer communications.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence.
• Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise your power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members.
• Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner.
• Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, solicit customer reviews, and upsell additional services.
