You will supervise a crew, drive to sites, implement proper cleaning procedures, and mentor others while maintaining safety and client satisfaction. Growth into Operations Manager is possible.

Formación

• 1-3 years of professional pressure washing experience.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Experience climbing ladders and working on roofs.
• Strong safety orientation and teamwork mindset.

This role demands a commitment to delivering excellent service, supervising team operations, and ensuring that all jobs are completed to the highest standards. Additionally, this position offers the potential to grow into an Operations Manager role within the company, where you would oversee broader operational aspects and contribute to our strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead power washing technician for your crew.
• Drive the truck and equipment to the project each day.
• Employ the proper power washing and cleaning procedures.
• Work as a team to complete the project in a professional manner.
• Follow safety protocols.
• Ensure all equipment is operational before and after each shift.

Qualifications

Work Schedule
