Job summary

Strativ Group is seeking a Power Systems Lead to drive the architecture, development, and performance of electrical power systems for high-altitude platform systems. You will shape the power architecture, balancing high and low voltage, energy storage, and power conversion to enable reliable operation in stratospheric conditions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years in power system architecture, design, or integration.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, energy storage, grounding strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead power system architecture for low- and high-voltage systems.
• Develop power budgets, load analyses, and system models.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate power systems.
• Lead testing and validation campaigns to ensure reliability.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement in power engineering.
