Job summary

Google is seeking a Data Center Engineering leader to drive the future of our global data center infrastructure. You will shape power and cooling architectures, guide cross-functional teams, and partner with hardware, software, supply chain, and operations to scale for the AI era.

You will prioritize safety, compliance, and efficiency, delivering roadmaps that align with executive vision and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and optimization of data center equipment, systems, and global operational strategies.
Oversee system development across electrical, power, energy, and control systems to optimize design efficiency.
Analyze system performance data and present technical tradeoffs to support executive decisions. Work with partners to design for constructability, reducing costs and delivery times.
Refine engineering processes to eliminate waste while preserving and scaling successful practices.
Influence cross-functional teams to develop and deliver technical solutions and align with technical goals.
