Job summary

AEP Service Corporation is seeking a capable supervisor to lead technical crews in maintenance of plant process equipment at our power generation facilities. You will plan and coordinate outage activities, manage safe work practices, and ensure efficient workflow while aligning with company safety rules and leadership expectations.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, experience in power plant operations, and the ability to interpret prints and drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent applied knowledge.
• Associate's degree with six years of power plant experience; or high school diploma with eight years of power plant experience.
• Equivalent industrial/process experience is applicable for all experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the activity of assigned crew in maintenance of plant process equipment.
• Demonstrate leadership and safe work behaviors, adhering to operating practices to prevent injuries and environmental non-compliance.
• Oversee training of assigned employees and maintain safe working conditions.
