Job summary

Micro Control Company seeks an experienced engineer to design, develop, and test DC-DC power electronic systems for burn-in equipment. You will use CAE tools to achieve performance targets and work closely with sales to define product requirements.

Responsibilities include high-current power supply design, analog simulations, BOM creation, and microcontroller programming. Leadership of a small team and cross-department collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Strong communication, organization, and project tracking.
• Up to 5% domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Design DC-DC switching power supplies (>100A, >250W).
• Analog simulation and analysis of DC-DC converters (Buck SMPS).
• Select components, create schematics and BOMs, PCB layouts.
• Develop microcontroller code to control power supplies.
• Lead small project teams and coordinate with other departments.
• Create validation templates and user manuals; assist diagnostics.
