LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Power Electronics Lead Engineer to drive the design, development, and production launch of advanced AC/DC power conversion products.

You will lead architecture, topology selection, controls development, magnetics design, filtering, protection, sensing, and validation from concept to manufacturing. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in power conversion with proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams, delivering high-reliability

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in power electronics design and development.
• Proven experience delivering AC/DC power converter products from design through production.
• Strong understanding of power conversion topologies, control theory, and EMI mitigation.
• Experience with schematic capture, PCB design reviews, and power electronics simulations.

Mansioni

• Lead development of AC/DC power converters from concept through production release.
• Define system-level power architecture, performance requirements, and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to power electronics engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Drive design reviews, risk assessments, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with manufacturing during pilot production and product launch; support production issues.
