LayerZero Power Systems LLC seeks a Power Electronics Lead Engineer to drive design, development, and manufacturing launches of advanced AC/DC power conversion products. You will lead architecture decisions, controls development, magnetics, filtering, protection, and system validation from concept through production.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in power electronics, proven leadership, and experience with industrial, data center, or EV-related applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in power electronics design and development.
• Proven experience delivering AC/DC power converter products from design through production.

Responsibilities

• Lead AC/DC power converter development from concept to production release.
• Define system-level power architecture and performance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to power electronics engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Drive design reviews, risk assessments, and best practices.
