The ideal candidate will lead a team of Power BI developers while designing and modernising enterprise reporting solutions, migrating legacy reports, and delivering reliable, accessible, and data‑driven dashboards.

• Experience with ETL processes and Business Intelligence / reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of enterprise reporting architecture and development standards.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical reporting solutions.
• Strong data analysis, testing, validation and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience modernising legacy or mainframe‑based reporting environments.
• Experience working with cloud‑based data platforms and data marts.
• Experience with enterprise reporting governance, security and accessibility standards.
• Experience working with large‑scale data modernisation initiatives.
• Power BI or Microsoft‑related certifications are a plus.
