Qualifications

• A minimum of 2–5 years of in-home postpartum care experience, serving 20+ families.
• Completed background check prior to first family placement.
• Personal liability insurance of at least $1M.

Responsibilities

• Lead postpartum care plans for families (daytime or overnight).
• Provide feeding support, sleep guidance, and maternal recovery support.
• Mentor Postpartum Professional I team members during joint shifts.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

CPR & First Aid certification
